Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of a licensed physician. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional looking to make a difference in the medical field
Duties
- Conduct patient assessments and provide appropriate medical care -
- Administer medications and injections as needed
- Perform triage and assist in airway management
- Offer family planning services and pediatric care
- Collaborate with physicians in hospital medicine settings
- Ensure accurate medical coding for billing purposes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Physician Assistant Studies or related field
- Current state licensure as a Physician Assistant
- Experience in medication administration, patient assessment, and triage
- Proficiency in medical coding and documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Preferred
- Practice Fusion (EMR) Experience required, however we will train the right candidate.
Skills:
- Experience in Pain Medicine/Pain Management a plus!
- Pain Pump Medication administration a Plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 24 per week
